We will gladly refund or exchange any item(s) you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition; unworn with all tags attached within 7 days of delivery date.
All items are throughly checked for quality prior to shipping.
Please make sure to take care when first trying on your items at home to avoid any damage or make-up marks etc. Do not remove any tags until you are 100% satisfied that you will keep the item(s). Item(s) that are returned with the tags removed will be considered worn and will not be accepted.
Please read all care instructions provided on the tags of the items, we can not accept returns if care instructions have not been followed.
We do not refund the cost of shipping, only cost of item. Shipping costs are only refunded if you received faulty items.

When requesting a refund please make sure to fill out the ‘Returns Form’ indicating for a refund and briefly state reason for the return. All refunds are subject to our discretion. All items for exchange are subject to availability. Please make sure to fill out and include the ‘Returns Form’ and clearly indicate (item, size and color) you wish to exchange your item for.
If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable we will contact you via email with an alternative solution, if we do not get a response back within 48 hours we will issue a refund, subject to conditions or issue a voucher for full amount (excluding original shipping costs)
All returns must be made by post. We will not accept returns in our Boutique.
Shipping of a return for a refund will be at your cost. If you are making an exchange for another item we will cover the costs of the re-shipping to send the item back.
We do not accept liability for lost packages sent to us by you. For security we recommend that you use track and trace.
- Return of Faulty Item.
All items are throughly checked for quality prior to shipping. However, if you receive a faulty item;
You can return the item which is faulty to us only by post. The item must be received by us within 7 days of original delivery along with ‘Returns Form’
If you contact our customer service quoting how much you paid and provide a proof of posting certificate, we will reimburse your return postage costs - only for faulty items, subject to our discretion
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, only if items are deemed to be at our or the manufactures fault. We will notify you within 7 days of return if we will accept. If, in the event we deem the item not be be at the fault of us or our manufacture we will only offer a credit note for the original price (including original shipping costs).
Please keep a record of the return shipping costs as proof of amount paid. If we accept an item as faulty we will refund full amount of purchase including all shipping costs.
- Order Cancellations
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations ACT you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of a period of 7 days beginning the day following receipt of your order.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to interrupt the delivery and as such when the package arrives you have the remaining days (of the 7) to have the package returned.
We will issue a full refund excluding shipping costs (if package has been shipped) including shipping costs in package was not dispatched. Orders that were canceled after they have left our warehouse can not be opened upon delivery. If the items are removed from the original wrapping it will void the cancellation and as such are subject to our returns policy.
We do not cover the cost of individual countries import sales taxes and it is not included in your shipping costs.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND. EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE ONLY. ORDER CANCELATIONS CAN BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ONLINE PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US, UNOPENED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CANCELATION.
